What will happen when you apply
Our goal is to ensure a transparent and insightful application process for all candidates. We understand the importance of finding the right fit, both for you and for us. We set four steps for our comprehensive application journey, that starts with the initial screening and interview with the team followed by deep dive and ending with an offer.

Initial Interview
In the first stage, you will participate in a 30-minute initial interview. This interview serves as an introduction and allows us to get to know you better, assess your general fit for the role, and understand your motivations and career aspirations.

Technical Task
Following the initial interview, successful candidates will be assigned a technical task relevant to the position you are applying for. This task will test your practical skills and knowledge in the respective field. You will be expected to complete and submit the task within a specified timeframe.

Team Get-Together
Finally, if you excel in the technical task, you will proceed to the final stage, which consists of a final interview and a casual get-together with our team. The final interview will dive deeper into your experience, skills, and suitability for the role, while the team get-together provides an opportunity for you to interact with potential future colleagues in a relaxed setting. This stage aims to assess your cultural fit within our team and organization as a whole.

After a successful Deep Dive, we will extend an offer to you, which includes details about the position, compensation, benefits, and other relevant information.
